Aerosol d.o.o. company decided to join the certification process according to the standard “Socially responsible employer” in cooperation with the Ekvilib Institute.
With this step, we are committed to social responsibility at the highest management level in the field of organizational management, reconciliation of private and professional life, health and safety at the workplace, and intergenerational cooperation.
The Socially Responsible Employer (DOD) certificate is based on the guidelines of the International Standard for Social Responsibility ISO 26000, which aims to improve socially responsible governance. The activities that will be implemented according to the dod requirements will be integrated into the management system, which otherwise already covers the quality management system according to the requirements of ISO9001:2015 standard.
